Profile
In profile section user can edit their information i.e First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Status, Email and credentials and can enable two factor authentication. i.e Google Authenticator.
User can see the roles provided to that user i.e support manager, support agent etc.
Member Processes
In this section, Support Agent can manage all the member details i.e email, password, csr address, kyc etc.
These Options will come under Member Processes option in the SA Menu.
Member Details:
In this option Support Agent can enable/disable member login and can reset password. When reset, then the link to reset password will be sent to the user email. User can reset password using that link.
KYC Verification:
In this option Support Agent can check users KYC status and can approve and reject the kyc based on their kyc details.
By clicking on view icon under action, SA can view all the details of the user.
Orders/Invoices:
Support Agent can check & download orders or invoices of different orders done by the user.
SA can mark them paid/unpaid and can archive them.
Pending logo & url:
Support Agent can approve/reject urls and logos submitted by the different companies.
SA can check company links, urls, logos and can approve/reject by giving a reason of rejection.
Pending Lift Security Hold:
Support Agent can approve/reject users security hold on profile based on thier passport and selfie verification.
Pending CSR Addresses:
Support Agent can approve/reject csr address of profile based on thier passport and selfie verification.
CSR
This option presents under SA menu. Support Agent can manage Csr holders data, their wallet, retirements, address etc.
Wallet Processes:
Support Agent can manage all the wallet processes i.e wallet delivery, report, distribution etc.

SA can check all the amount delivered to different users and can export them.

SA can check and export all the delivery done in different wallets.

SA can check for all the withdrawal requests done by the users.

SA can import and update different weekly reports.
- Weekly Distribution Reward:
SA can update CSR holders data in this option.
- Weekly Redemptions Report:
SA can import Weekly redemptions data in this option.
Holders Data:
SA can add new CSR Holders and can edit and export other holders data. SA can filter data accordingly and then export the desired data.
Retirement:
SA can check and download Retired users data i.e certificates.
By clicking download icons given under Action column will download the certificate.
Significant Addresses:
SA can check CSR Holders Addresses. The default addresses and total amount can be seen in the table.
Setting
This option lies under SA Menu.
Support Agent can manage all the settings for support agent and member users from this menu.
Fields to Display:
SA can control fields shown in the support agent and member profiles. Enabling these options will be shown in the forms accordingly.
Countries Management:
SA can add, enable/disable different countries from this menu.
Fees:
SA can manage different options for fees i.e withdrawal fees, mail to recieve fees notifications etc. SA will change the fees and click on submit to save the default fees.
Logs
Support Agent can see all the logs in this menu.
