Dashboard
It is the main page of the Support Manager showing all the important options that a support manager can do.
Export CSR Holders: This option will export the list of Csr holders.
Import CSR Holders: User can import/upload csr holders list.
Clear all CSR Holders: This option will delete all the existing csr holders list.
Partial Export:User can partially export csr holders data using filter. It will export only that choosen data.
Partial Import:User can import partial data using details of their own choice.
Partial Clear:User can delete some specific data from the list.
Live Site Maintenance Mode : This option helps to enable/disable live site maintenance mode.
Whole Site Maintenance Mode: This option helps to enable/disable full site maintenance mode.
Retirement Maintenance Mode : This option helps to enable/disable retirement maintenance mode.
Export Member Invoices: This option will export all the member invoices.
Import Member Invoices: User can import member invoices using this option.
Clear all Member Invoices: This option will clear all the member invoices at once.
Support Ticket Mode: User can select the support ticket mode i.e live, test etc.
Profile
In profile section user can edit their information i.e First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Status, Email and credentials and can enable two factor authentication. i.e Google Authenticator.
User can see the roles provided to that user i.e support manager, support agent etc.
Users
In this section, Support Manager can see all types of user and can create different types of user i.e Support manager, Support Agent and Member Assistant.
These Options will come under Users option in the Menu.
User can edit user details and can export all the users data. All the user details will be shown here.
By clicking on New Support Agent, user can register for new support agent on the portal. New users will be added in users list.
Fill email, first name and last name and register for new support agent.
By clicking on New Support Manager, user can register for new support Manager on the portal.
New users will be added in users list.
Fill email, first name and last name and register for new support manager.
By clicking on New Member Assistant, user can register for new member assistant on the portal.
New users will be added in users list.
Fill email, first name and last name and register for new member assistant.
Bank Accounts
In this section, Support Manager can see all bank accounts and manage or create bank accounts. These Options will come under Bank Account option in the Menu.
Support Manager can edit, delete and export all the bank accounts accordingly.

Support Manager can add new bank accounts by adding details in this section. Select Email and fill important details i.e Name, IBAC, Bank code, Address etc and click submit to save Bank details.
Settings
This option comes under Settings menu. Support Manager can enable/disable different options from this option.
SMS Alerts: This option presents under Settings option in menu. Support manager can add different numbers of the users to send sms alerts to that specific user.

API’s: This option present under the settings menu. Support manager can add Api’s using this option. SM can edit Access key and price of CSR from this section.

Maintainance Messages: Support Manager can edit the specific messages for every kind of maintainance i.e live site maintainance, whole site maintainance etc. Different Message can set for each of them.

Email Switches: Support Manager can enable/disable the options for which emails will be sent to the user. For example: If SM enables switch for login, then user will get an email notification when he’ll login.

Simple Notes Management: Support Manager can add, update, delete notes which are assigned to the specific user. To add new Note, click on Add New, write note and click submit. It’ll be saved in the list.

CSR
This option presents under the SM menu. Support Manager can edit all the given options of the CSR using this menu.
Price Schedular: Support Manager can add new price to the CSR schedule and prompt using this option.

Wallet Setting: Support Manager can edit all the wallet address and timing in this option i.e Csr wallet fund reciever address, Fund reciever address, retirement csr address, Csr retirement banner initial delay (in sec).

Circulation Data: Support Manager can add, edit and delete Csr holders wallet address i.e primary address, secondary address, CSR live address etc.

Savings Plan: Support Manager can add new or edit different kind of savings plan including their time period and interest.
