1. Addendum

These Terms (Service) are an addendum to Terms and govern Your purchase and use of the Service.

Together the Terms and these Terms (Service) are referred to as Terms in this document.

2. Acknowledgment

Your purchase and use of the Service is conditional on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By purchasing the Service You agree to be bound by the Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms then You may not purchase or use the Service.
When you purchase the Service you understand that the Influencer that introduced you to the concept of CSR and Plastic Credit will receive a commission related to the purchases you make.

To enable Us to identify your purchase for the purpose of service provisioning, tracking, and commissions payment We will record Your details and the details of your purchases in the central data store. This in turn will facilitate the transparent public recognition of Your commitment to Plastic Neutrality.

3. Service

The Service can best be described by an example use case:

(a) You purchase the Service for a given amount of Plastic Waste.

(b) Your Service includes the following:

(i) Commitment Certificate (issued shortly after purchase)

(ii) CSR Tokens (distributed over time as plastic waste is removed from the
environment)

(iii) Plastic Neutrality Certificate (issued on the retirement of CSR)

(iv) Access to the CSR Portal (providing you with information about your CSR and certifications)

(v) Your own CSR public certification gallery where you can, if you wish, make public your verified CSR holdings and CSR retirements which in turn brings about your public Plastic Neutrality Certifications.

Additional information on the Service and the availability and timescales in terms of CSR distribution and CSR portal development will be available and updated from time to time on the Site by Us.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You to Us for the Service less

(a) the current, at the time of the suspension or termination, market value of CSR
distributed to you

And also

(b) less €10 for every 50kg of plastic waste removed from the environment by Corsair and allocated to your purchase Service (identified by the distribution of CSR)

6. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

As part of the Service, you may be provided access to information websites including but not limited to the Site where you will be able to review information regarding the Service.

The Site and other websites that rely on information provided either manually or automatically are provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
